To Our Valued Clients:
In response to the recent developments and increased health concerns created by the COVID-19 virus,
Kozloff Stoudt has decided to close its physical offices in an attempt to reduce the risk of exposure to our
clients and employees, and to do our part to help “flatten the curve” to prevent the spread of the virus that
could overwhelm the healthcare system. No one in our office has contracted the virus, but we took this
action to protect our clients, our employees and our extended Kozloff Stoudt Family.
While our physical offices may be closed, our attorneys, paralegals and staff remain ready to provide the
same prompt high-quality legal services that we always strive to provide to our clients. All of our
attorneys, paralegals and staff are equipped to work remotely and remain capable of meeting all of your
current and future needs and deadlines. During this difficult time our attorneys and staff will have access
to the latest technologies allowing us to communicate with our clients and the Courts by telephone, e-
mail, text messaging and video conferencing.
There is no mistaking the challenge of this moment, and while we do not know when the greatest risk will
be behind us, the attorneys, paralegals and staff at Kozloff Stoudt stand ready to assist you with your
legal needs. We are still only a phone call or email away, and encourage you to contact us so we can be
of assistance.
Be safe and remain healthy during these challenging times.
