Brian concentrates his practice in estate planning/administration, educational/ municipal law and business law. He serves as Solicitor and special counsel for school districts in Berks, Lebanon and Lancaster County and several townships, boroughs, and authorities. Brian regularly writes and lectures on a variety of issues for the Pennsylvania School Boards Association and the Center for Excellence in Local Government and prepares instructional materials and seminars for school districts and municipalities. He is the President Elect of the Pennsylvania School Boards Solicitors Association. The educational and municipal departments of Kozloff Stoudt are regularly on the leading edge of trial and appellate cases in Pennsylvania.
In addition, Brian heads the Estate Planning and Administration Department of the firm. He has over thirty five (35) years experience planning and administering estates. The firm serves as regional leader in all aspects of estate planning from large complex estates and trusts to Medicaid planning. Kozloff Stoudt’s estate planning and estate administration department is as efficient as it is experienced.
Brian is married and has four children. He was active on several non-profit boards including serving as the President of the Northeast Pennsylvania Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Board of Directors for many years and is a passionate advocate in the race for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. He, along with several friends, founded the Cystic Fibrosis Fund of Berks County to provide direct assistance to those with C.F. He currently serves as a Board Member for the Reading Hospital Foundation, on an advisory committee for Alvernia University’s Total Experience Learning, the Governor Mifflin Business Council and volunteers at the Hope Rescue Mission along with other organizations. In addition, he has served as a youth coach in basketball and a CCD instructor at St. Ignatius Church. He is a member of the Berk’s County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
