Chuck’s practice focuses primarily upon banking, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and general business and commercial law. Chuck has extensive experience representing lenders in negotiating, documenting, re-structuring, working-out, and liquidating commercial loans of nearly every type, including working capital lines of credit, real estate acquisition loans, commercial and industrial term loans, business acquisition loans, SBA-guaranteed loans, and economic development company (SBA 504) loans. Prior to undertaking his legal career, Chuck spent several years in commercial lending for a large regional financial institution. Chuck is an active member of the Berks County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and American Bankruptcy Institute.

Chuck is a Berks County native and is active in the community. He is a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kutztown, where he has served on church council. He has also served Boy Scout Troop 104 as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Committee Chairman for several years.
