David M. Kozloff

Dave Kozloff

David M. Kozloff, founder of one of the processor firms of Kozloff Stoudt, concluded  fifty-eight years of law practice on August 30, 2024, retiring as Counsel to the firm.   First admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1966, Kozloff organized the law firm which became known as Kozloff, Diener, Payne & Fegley in 1980.    That firm merged with Rhoda, Stoudt & Bradley in 2000.   Kozloff served as Chairman of Kozloff Stoudt, and as head of its litigation group until 2011, when he became of counsel to the firm.

Over the years, his many-faceted practice included business transactions, estate planning, with a concentrated in civil litigation.    Kozloff is a former president of the Berks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates.    He was honored by Berks County Bar Association as a Legend of the Bar in 2011, was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2011, 2012 and 2013.   In addition, he is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Reflecting on his career, Kozloff credits the growth and success of Kozloff Stoudt to the hard work and professionalism of its lawyers and dedicated staff members, bringing the firm in to a position of leadership in  the Southeast Pennsylvania legal community.
